ENERGY MEDICINE 5-DAY BASIC TRAINING
You increase your vitality, effectiveness, and joy in life by keeping your energies
balanced and humming! This class will show you how. You will also learn how you can
overcome health problems by shifting stagnant, blocked or scrambled energies.
This class will be fun, spiritually uplifting,
and it will offer a wealth of useful tools. You will learn to:
- Keep yourself healthy and resilient with a five minute daily
routine
- Strengthen your immune system to overcome and prevent illness
- Use a five-second test to find what may be draining your

Energy Medicine for Women (and the Men Who Love
Them)

Hormones are chemical messengers.
Women are blessed and possessed with a particularly complex and evolved messaging system.
As the hormones flow, emotions, thought, relationships, and good or ill health follow.
Energy medicine provides you with tools to be an active partner with, rather than a victim
of, your hormones. This is extraordinarily empowering knowledge for a woman to gain about
her body. Energy Medicine for Women was a powerful class, taught in Phoenix, AZ,
May 13–16, 2004, that, in addition to new techniques, showed participants how to
apply the material learned in previous trainings to the issues that affect a woman’s
health and happiness. The class was also highly rated by the men who attended.
This program is based on nicely edited video tapes and handouts from the Phoenix 4-day
class. Suggested
pre-requisites before viewing these tapes include the 5-Day Basic Training (or its
equivalent) and completion of the Energy Tracker specialized module through a class or
through study of the video of that class. The other two intermediate classes (Five Rhythms
and Radiant Circuits) are also strongly recommended and Chapter 7 of Energy Medicine is

Illness, Pain, and the Difficult Case
With Donna Eden and Staff
How do you figure out how to use energy medicine to help people who are ill or in pain
when the standard methods aren't working? This is where energy medicine moves from
technique into art.
This exciting class, held in Portland, Oregon, June 21 - 23, 2002, was built around 8
"difficult cases," individuals who were not responding to other treatments. You
will see Donna work with three of them, explaining why she is choosing each assessment or
intervention. You not only see her brilliance, you get a sense of how to systematically
think through a difficult case, you will receive instruction that is relevant far beyond
the individual cases, and you will be relieved to see that even a master healer approaches
the work one short step at a time. Then the class was divided into 5 groups. Each group
had a "difficult case" join it, along with the person's actual practitioner, and
one of Donna's most advanced practitioners supervising. Everyone in the group was involved
in the treatment, making interventions, advising, discussing. Donna circulated among the
groups and gave input to each of them. Then each group presented the case, the
interventions, the outcomes, and their learnings to the remainder of the class. The entire
class as well as three of the small groups were videotaped. The video and audio quality
varies, but the information is all there. Many of the participants rated it as the best
class they've ever taken from Donna; some said it was the best class they have ever taken
period.
Prerequisites for this class includes: The Energy Medicine 5-Day Basic Training class with
Donna (or the equivalent in shorter classes and the intensive study of her book and 6-hour
"Energy Healing" videotapes--if you are not well-versed in these basics, this is
not the class for you), plus having been at the "Energy Tracker" weekend or
having viewed and practiced with at least one other person the Energy Tracker video
program and submitted the Certificate test (alternative: the "Intermediate
5-day" class or video program). This is all required. The "Radiant Circuits /
Freeing the Spirit" and "Five Rhythms" classes or video programs were also
recommended. We strongly suggest that you meet at least the "5-Day Basic
Training"class and the "Energy Tracker" pre-requisites before purchasing
this video program -- an understanding of the concepts and procedures presented in them
was assumed in the way this class was taught.While
