Donna Eden,

Medicine and Antioch College. His multi-media Energy Psychology Interactive program
was a recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Association for
Comprehensive Energy Psychology. |

The Introduction
to Energy Medicine program provides an overview of the basic principles and
procedures used in Energy Medicine. The lively video covers the foundational concepts of
the relationship between energy and the body, methods for identifying and assessing these
energies, and a collection of basic energy balancing techniques to promote well-being and
reprogram the body’s responses to stress. It is backed with the conceptual overview
provided by the book. The course is designed for individuals who are interested in
enhancing their own well-being as well as for health care professionals seeking to broaden
their skills by introducing an energy perspective to their practices. |
