The term INNERSOURCE traces to a highly successful and widely acclaimed program David, a psychologist, produced in 1986, showing people how to identify and transform the deep guiding personal myths that shape their lives. The word "Innersource" emphasizes that profound sources of guidance and wisdom lie within. When Donna and David began to collaborate professionally in the 1990s, they realized that the term fit Donna's work as well. The body's energies are our wellspring, our deepest source of health, vitality, and renewal. Donna and David have been using the term ever since to describe their individual as well as collaborative ventures.
