Cancellation Policy

Withdrawals must be received in writing or by e–mail (send to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and will be promptly acknowledged once received.

Withdrawals 30 or more days before the start of class: If you have paid for a class and then withdraw 30 days or more before the start of that class, you will receive a full refund for tuition (including Expansion and Post Class) and meal plan - minus a $75 administrative fee. If you choose to rejoin the program the following year at the next class for which you are eligible, your $300 non-refundable deposit will be carried over and applied to that year's Class 8. If you do not rejoin the program the following year after your cancellation, your $300 non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

Withdrawals less than 30 days before the start of class: If you have paid for a class and then withdraw less than 30 days before the start of the class, you will receive a 50% refund for tuition (including Expansion and Post Class) and the meal plan - minus the cost of one night's stay at the Wigwam, plus any additional room night costs charged to Innersource, which could total the entire room reservation that Innersource made for you. This is because Innersource has to guarantee room reservations 30 days prior to the event and if we are charged for your entire reservation, we must then pass on this expense to you. If you choose to rejoin the program the following year at the next class for which you are eligible, your $300 non-refundable deposit will be carried over and applied to that year's Class 8. If you do not rejoin the program the following year after your cancellation, your $300 non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

If you change your rooming preference from a shared room to a private room within 1 week of the start of class, you are still responsible for paying your half of that room reservation if your roommate cannot find another person with whom to share. (Again, this is due to the fact that you committed to sharing a room which means you also committed to a roommate who would now be left to pay for a single room).

Note: As a common courtesy, you are ALWAYS responsible for contacting your roommate if you plan to change anything about your room reservation (arrival/departure date, shared room to private, etc.).

If you do not notify us at all of your withdrawal (i.e. if you are a no–show), you will not receive any refund and will also be responsible for any and all hotel charges that have been incurred in your name.

In the case of emergencies (death or injury) or catastrophic (natural or accidental) events, you may contact Innersource to discuss your situation. In these instances, decisions will be made on a case–by–case basis.
