With an Omega learning vacation at Blue Spirit Retreat, you have the flexibility to plan your own time. Begin your day with a yoga or movement class, a walk on the beach, or a swim in the ocean or infinity pool.

After breakfast, create your own program by choosing a workshop with one of Omega’s renowned faculty.  Donna will be teaching a 6 hour class as well as David. In addition to Donna and David's classes, other class topics include wellness, yoga, meditation, tai chi, and spiritual and psychological exploration. After lunch, enjoy more time in a workshop. You can spend the week sampling from all the workshops, or focus on a few teachers.

During your free time, roam the pristine beaches, swim or surf the world-class waves, meet new friends in the cafe, have quiet time in the library, or relax with a massage. Evenings bring cool breezes and glorious sunsets over the ocean.
