Energy Medicine traces to a time when we were closer to the rhythms of the planet and of our bodies, a time when the wisdom of the sacred feminine guided us in all we do. From the Celtic healing arts to Traditional Chinese Medicine, from yoga and chi gong to shamans and priestesses, energy healing was widely understood and widely practiced. By re-embracing these methods and applying them in thoroughly modern contexts, we re-connect with a lost sacred wisdom while nourishing our body's, minds, and souls with the natural energies that are the birthright of each of us.

Energy medicine shows you how to increase your vitality, enhance your health and happiness, and send healing to areas of your body that need attention. Energy is the vital, living, moving force at the foundation of your well-being, and you will learn simple practices for keeping your own energies humming. For laypersons as well as professionals, you will discover how to mobilize your energies for health and happiness using methods akin to acupressure, therapeutic touch, and qi gong. Jean Houston has described Donna Eden's approach to Energy Medicine as "perhaps the most brilliant, comprehensive, and effective system in the genre that I have ever seen." Donna's presentations are fun, invigorating, and instructive.
