To be listed as Advanced Practitioners on the Innersource website and endorsed to provide Grid and Regression sessions, all four of the following steps must be completed:  

1. Attend both Grid and Regression Classes
   
   All students must complete both classes before they can be listed as an EEM Advanced Practitioner.
   
   
2. Complete both Grid and Regression Supervision
   
   Innersource must receive notice from your supervisors that all the requisite supervised sessions have been completed to their satisfaction.
   
   
3. Review and Sign the Advanced Practitioner Agreement
   
   The Advanced Practitioner Agreement is your signed commitment to practice Grid or Regression only in the context of your supervision and under the direction of your Year 4 Supervisor. When your supervision is complete, there are guidelines that all who practice Grid and Regression must agree to follow. 4. Establish an Advanced Practitioner Peer Supervision Relationship
   
Form a support network with at least two of your fellow participants. Use this network to talk about your cases, your ideas, how you are working with Grid and Regression, anything that supports you as you experience this journey.
