Hawaii Live Radiant Circuit Class FAQs

Is this an Advanced Class?  This Radiant Circuit class is more of a hybrid. Donna will be using part of the class to review and update material previously shared, while also taking the material beyond anything that has been taught previously at the EEM Certification Program or on DVD. Advanced Practitioners will be exposed to new material never taught before, as well as getting refreshed on material they have learned previously.

What makes this class different?  Donna loves (and misses) the intimacy of teaching to small groups, but she also hates leaving people out. With the recent success of Live Streaming the Advanced Chakra class, we now feel confident to be able to do both. Donna will on occasion get to teach to a small and intimate circle of students and those not able to attend will still have access to the class material via live stream. Plus, this memorable class is spread out over more days to allow for more time to assimilate the information each day, and also to permit the live attendees the most opportunities to take advantage of all the Big Island has to offer to recharge their Radiant Circuits.

Will this class be Live-Streamed? Yes! We will open Live Stream registration after the new year. Early Bird Price: $495 (ends March 28). $595 Regular Price.

Who can attend?  Due to the relatively accessible nature of the subject – Radiant Circuits – we are not restricting attendance to this class, but HIGHLY encourage all attendees who have not graduated from the EEM Certification Program, or attended a weekend or longer workshop with Donna recently, to review EEM fundamentals prior to attending class. EEM questions of an elementary nature that would delay the class progression will not be answered during class and may be deferred to teaching assistants to be answered at another time.

Can this class be used for Continuing Credit (CT) to renew my EEM Certified Practitioner status?  Absolutely! This class goes beyond material learned in the Certification Program and thus is eligible for CT credits. Your attendance will be noted in your student records.

Is the class REALLY limited to 50 attendees?  Unfortunately, yes. Our venue is an oceanfront estate rented exclusively by Innersource to host this event. It is beautiful and offers a wonderfully intimate venue to host this class. That intimacy comes with occupancy limitations that we cannot exceed for the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our guests. We expect the live class to sell out quickly.

Does the registration fee include hotel room?  No, but we have negotiated discounted room rates for our attendees. You will make the reservation with us, and then pay the hotel directly when checking out.

Is the room cost listed per person or for the whole room?  It is for the room. ($199/night for Resort View & $229/night for Ocean View – Palace Tower.) If you arrange to share with a roommate, one of you will be responsible for the cost of the room and you will split the costs privately.

Are there any other fees?  The Hilton does have a mandatory resort fee per room per night (normally $30/night, discounted for our group to $15/night). There are also local taxes (currently about 14%) that will be added to the room by the hotel.

What do I receive for paying the resort fee?

  • High Speed Internet Access/WIFI access
  • PlayStation 3 access with unlimited movies and games
  • Local, toll-free and credit card calls (no access fee)
  • Hawaiian Cultural Activities
  • 20% discount on Lagoon beach toys
  • 10% discount on Ocean Sports cruises

What if I get a rental car?  We have negotiated a discounted rate of $15/night for parking at the resort for our guests. (Normally $30/night)

Will my credit card be charged now for the hotel room?  No. We are only taking a credit card number as a guarantee for the hotel. Your card will not be charged until you check in with hotel in Hawaii.

How can I find a roommate to share my room with me?  We have set up our Roommate Finder Forum to help you get matched up with someone else also looking for a roommate. Both people with rooms looking for roommates and people looking to share a room are welcome to post there.

Do I have to stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort?  No, but we highly recommend it. It is within walking distance to our teaching venue and all of our off-site activities will either pick up from the teaching venue or the Hilton. We chose the Hilton due to its excellent facilities and proximity to the class. If you chose to stay at an alternate location, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the class and/or Hilton. No refunds or credits will be offered if guest is late or misses an activity or event.

Can I bring a friend/spouse/significant other with me?  You are welcome to share your hotel room with whomever you wish as it is a perfect location to have some special time with loved ones. Unfortunately, due to space limitations and our desire to preserve the special intimacy of the group, your guests will not be able to join the Innersource activities that are part of this event.

Can I pay a fee to have my guest join me on my hosted optional tour day?  Maybe, and that would be on a space available basis. The premium optional tours have been selected because they offer unique and limited opportunities to explore the Big Island’s special beauty and bounty. We have reserved space with top operators to guarantee our attendees access to these tours. On the small chance there are open spaces on the tours, we can include your guest for an additional fee. These will be released for guests once every registered guest for the event has been confirmed on their activity, and that may be relatively close to the start of the event.

What if I want to change my Premium Optional Tour choice?  We will do our best to accommodate change requests on a space available basis. Be advised that we do expect some of the choices to sell out.

Does the registration fee include airfare?  No. You will arrange your own transportation on your own to arrive on the Big Island of Hawaii. We recommend that you choose Kona Airport.

When should I arrive on the Big Island?  We recommend that you plan on arriving at the venue early for the start of class at 9:00am on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 so that you don’t miss the very special opening ceremonies. For most people this means you should arrive on the Big Island no later than Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Our special discounted hotel rates are valid for three days before the event and three days after, so we encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to have some bonus time at our tropical resort in Hawaii if your schedule allows for it.

How do I get from the airport to the Hilton Waikoloa Resort?  If you are arriving at Kona Airport (recommended), your transfers to/from airport to Hilton resort are hosted as part of your registration. In early 2016, we will send you a link with our preferred provider to set up your transportation times. Transfers from Hilo are either a VERY expensive cab ride (over $100) or a rental car. Transportation from Hilo Airport IS NOT hosted as part of your registration.

Does the registration fee include meals?  As noted in the event description. In summary, there will be hosted beverages and snacks (not breakfast) available at the venue during class. Light lunch will be included on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Dinner will be included during the Thursday pool party. Hosted snacks and beverages (alcoholic and non) will be served during the Sunset Cruise on Saturday. All other meals are on your own.

You have scheduled a lot of things for us to do. Do I have to do it all?  Absolutely not! The purpose of this event is to allow you the opportunity to study with Donna in an intimate setting with a small group of fellow students and recharge yourself in beautiful Hawaii. You always have the choice to do what is best for you to achieve that. Please note though that we will be paying for these activities months in advance and will be unable to offer credits or refunds for any unused portion of the event.

What is the cancellation policy?  Please see our Terms and Conditions.

I have more questions. Can you help me?  Of course! We are delighted to answer any questions you might have. Please send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
