LEGAL WAIVER & CANCELLATION POLICY

A NOTE ABOUT VIDEOTAPING: This event is being videotaped.

VIDEO AND PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT:

The on-stage demonstrations will also be filmed. I understand that I can fully participate in the event without volunteering to be an on-stage demonstration subject. If I do come on stage to serve as a demonstration subject, I grant permission for my image and voice to appear in training programs produced by Innersource, the instructors and their affiliates. I also realize I might appear in background audience shots, as well as other "still" photos taken by various Innersource staff members. I grant permission for my image to appear in any Innersource publicity and social marketing efforts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Withdrawals must be received in writing or by e–mail (send to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and will be promptly acknowledged once received.

Withdrawals 65 or more days before the start of class: If you have paid in full and then withdraw 65 days or more before the start of that class, you will receive a full refund for tuition – minus a $125 administrative fee. If you have made only partial payment and withdraw 65 or more days before the start of class, you will receive a full refund of funds collected to date – minus a $125 administrative fee.

Withdrawals less than 65 days before the start of class: If you have paid in full and then withdraw less than 65 days before the start of class, you will receive a 50% refund for tuition – minus the cost of one night's stay at the Hilton (if reserved through Innersource), plus any additional room night costs charged to Innersource, which could total the entire room reservation that Innersource made for you. This is because Innersource has to guarantee room reservations 65 days prior to the event and if we are charged for your entire reservation, we must then pass on this expense to you.

If you do not notify us at all of your withdrawal (i.e. if you are a no–show), you will not receive any refund and will also be responsible for any and all hotel charges that have been incurred in your name

In the case of emergencies (death or injury) or catastrophic (natural or accidental) events, you may contact Innersource to discuss your situation. In these instances, decisions will be made on a case–by–case basis.

INNERSOURCE RELEASE AGREEMENT:

I understand that Energy Medicine is an innovative approach to health care, which is only beginning to be investigated scientifically. I further understand that the training in Energy Medicine and other services I am or may be receiving from Innersource or its agents do not substitute for diagnosis and/or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions.

I understand that some classes are videotaped, that these tapes may be distributed for educational purposes, and I give my permission for my participation to appear on these tapes.

Innersource reserves the right, at its discretion and without explanation, to ask a student to leave a class, or the event as a whole for failure to meet the academic, behavioral, professional, or ethical standards of the event, written or implied, as determined by Innersource staff. Any refunds will be fairly determined on a case–by–case basis, again at the discretion of Innersource.

I also understand that any activity in which a person might participate involves some risk. In consideration of being permitted to enroll for the instructional classes, join tours and off-site activities and other services offered through Innersource, I release and hold Innersource, its agents, officers, employees, directors, successors, and affiliated corporations harmless from any claims arising out of my participation in the instructional or other services offered by Innersource or their hired third party partners or the use of facilities, transportation and/or equipment they provide.
