Whether working with an individual client, or a room full of students, I love the ‘AHA moments’ when they finally feel, connect with and begin to communicate with their body’s energetic language! My passion is blending the Eden Method, the core of my practice, with breath, sound, scent, movement and/or other subtle energies to connect with each persons desires for for their session. When people realize their body’s innate energetic wisdom and ability for self-healing, it’s magical, a life changer. Teaching these empowering, simple and healing energy tools for living a healthy, resilient, and joy filled life… able to shift and flow with these changing times…is an honor and a gift to share.
