chemotherapy, my Hodgkin's tumors had stopped shrinking. My doctor said, "Let's try

I have been working from the
Energy Medicine book for 2 years without instruction and was coming to get a more real
hands on picture of how to use the book. The inspired, detailed and graphic presentation
of Donna and David's was so useful...all of it. I learned so much more than I expected
because of how well it was all presented. It was both structured and free flowing, and I
do well with that. The audience participation added so many useful and helpful ideas, that
I never felt it detracted from the stage show.
What I hadn't expected was the tangible sense of being held and supported by the group as
a whole. Not in a planned way [and certainly not because we were a homogeneous group!],
but just by the fact of our gathering with the same general intention, of learning and
doing Energy Medicine. I was concerned with the physical stamina it was going to take for
me to just get there and attend but found I felt stronger physically than I expected
because of this. I don't do well in groups, usually, but this was very different! I made
friends with all kinds and shapes of women and men, gathering valuable information from
several of them, who have been dealing with the same long term illness issues I have.
And I can't underestimate the physical impact of Donna's loving embrace of us all. I felt
so cared for and attended to and it seemed to me it was extended to all who were looking
in that direction. Her prayer for us all in the end stays with me still every time I open
my arms to the Heavens.
The exercises, the networking, the humor.. as well as the catered food...was all
wonderful.
The whole week was soooo much more than I expected. It met and far exceeded my
expectations.
