CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellations may be made up to 60 days
prior to the class and a full refund will be provided, less a $20 administrative fee.
For cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to the class, $100 cannot be refunded.
Due to commitments we have to make well in
advance to the conference center and others in planning events, no refunds can be made for
cancellations received within 30 days of the event. You may,
however, apply the tuition portion (but not the room & board portions) to a future
event that is sponsored directly through Innersource. You may also send a substitute in
your place.
