The Science and the Practice of EFT

We can use EFT without understanding the science behind the deep emotional changes we achieve when we tap. Clinical psychologist and husband of Donna Eden, David Feinstein has published popular books and pioneering scientific papers on energy psychology and energy medicine. Gwyneth Moss interviews David by video link about the interface between what we do and the science supporting it.
